Inspired by the vibrant food-scenes of Singapore and markets of Malaysia, our Pork Bak Kwa is packed with umami from old world fish and soy sauce, richly blended with Southeast Asian spices. Bak Kwa is then freshly roasted to give it an authentic smoky-char that's tender, juicy, sweet and savory. It'll be an addictive animal-based protein snack one can't get enough of.
