Marbling on Bak Kwa

Best ways to enjoy Bak Kwa

Spicy Chipotle Beef or Lemongrass Beef Bak Kwa can be snacked on right out of the package like a traditional jerky. Pork and Turkey Bak Kwa is best enjoyed lightly reheated to release its caramelization and fresh-off-the-grill deliciousness. We recommend baking them at 350ºF for ~2 minutes or microwaved for 15 seconds.
While it’s so easy to throw a bag of our Bak Kwa into a gym bag or stash a few in your work desk drawer — Bak Kwa can be a lifesaver in the kitchen too. Here are 5 Great Ways to add a source of protein into your everyday eating.

Where do the Ninjas bring their Bak Kwa?
Our bak kwa can be snacked on the go, as a post-workout protein replenishment, and even pair well with wine and beer too. We sometimes toss our Hickory Smoked Spicy Candied Bacon in a salad, scramble Pork Bak Kwa with eggs or use Turkey Bak Kwa as deli meant on sandwiches.
